Refund policy

We stand behind our products with a 90-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied, you may request a return or refund within 90 days of receiving your order.

How to start a return: Email info@ora-organics.co with the subject “Return request” and include your order number. Our team will respond within 24 business hours with instructions.

Condition: For hygiene reasons, opened castor oil bottles cannot be resold; however, your 90-day satisfaction guarantee still applies. Contact us and we will make it right. Wraps should be returned in clean, reusable condition where possible.

Refunds: Once your return is approved (or your guarantee claim is processed), your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days. You will be notified by email once the refund is processed.

Damaged or incorrect items: If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, email us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo, and we will arrange a free replacement or full refund.

Return shipping: For change-of-mind returns, return shipping is the customer’s responsibility. For damaged, defective, or incorrect items, we cover all costs.
